½ cup milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch cardamom
1 pinch cloves
½ cup sliced bananas
1 tbsp chopped pistachios

Stir milk, chia, syrup, vanilla and spices in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours (up to 3 days)

Stir well. Spoon half of pudding into serving glass or bowl and top with half the banana and pistachio. Top with remaining pudding and top with remaining banana and pistachio
