Hearty and sweet - these are a family favorite
Preheat oven to 375 and line cookie sheets with silicon or parchment paper.
Cream softened butter and sugars in a mixer.
Add eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add flour bowl into mixer, then oats and chocolate chips. Don't overmix!
Use a cookie scoop to portion out 36 cookies (it took me 4 cookie sheets) with about 2 inches of space between each scoop.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges start to brown. Bake in batches if necessary.
