Mango Smoothie Bowl

 ½ cup frozen chopped mango
 ½ cup whole fat Greek yogurt
 ¼ cup frozen sliced bananas
 ¼ cup whole milk
 5 tbsp roasted almonds
  tsp ground allspice
 ¼ cup fresh raspberries
 ½ tsp honey

Blend yogurt, frozen fruit, milk, half of almonds and spice in blender until very smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with raspberries, remaining almonds and honey.
