Cook the meatballs according to their instructions. Add the spaghetti sauce.
Preheat the oven to 375. Cut the zucchini lengthwise and use a spoon to scrape out the seeds. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle on Italian seasoning mix and parmesan.
Bake zucchini on a foil-lined baking sheet for 20 minutes.
Remove to serving plate and add meatballs and sauce. Serve immediately.
