Husband's new favorite that pairs well with spicy dipping sauces
Mix the chicken, minced garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, pepper and ginger in a bowl.
To assemble, place a small spoonful of mixture in the middle of a wonton wrapper. Use your finger dipped in water to moisten the edges and seal.
Pan fry about 2-3 minutes on each side.
