Banana Oat Bites

Another take on my banana oatmeal muffins, but smaller and with more fiber!

 4 really ripe bananas
 2 cups old-fashioned oats
 ¼ cup flax seed
 2 tbsp chia seed
 ½ cup dark chocolate chips
 1 cup natural crunchy peanut butter

Mash the gross bananas with a fork.

Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated.

I used a sheet pan and a half-sheet pan and filled it with 72 mini cupcake liners. Use a small scoop to portion out your bites into each little paper cup.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
